TRI M MEETING MINUTES

Jimmy took roll, then went over last meeting minutes.

Austin went over the dues that are due, then he mentioned having a carwash/bakesale to raise money for Tri M.

Greg mentioned getting used cell phone or used ink cartridges to raise money- he will get more info and present it later

Jimmy made the motion to move the dues due date to April 6

Austin seconded the motion

Motion carried unanimously

Greg mentioned that the best place to have carwashes would be Macon Bank or somewhere on the Georgia Road.

Kayla said she will call some businesses to see when their schedule is available for a carwash.

Greg made a motion to discuss more of this at the next meeting and that the next meeting should be Monday ( March 26).

John seconded the motion

Motion carried unanimously

Abigail brought up Brithaven, saying approx. date is April 18 or 19 – Huck will find out more and inform us

John told of Burger King’s fundraiser program- He will get more info and discuss at next week’s meeting.

Hannah made a motion to adjourn
