This semester, the FHS Band
program has 2 Jazz Ensembles.
(A FHS Jazz Combo and
the traditional Jazz Ensemble)

The Jazz combo meets during 1st Period
this semester (Spring 08). Due to schduling
conflicts, the class is small in number.
The combo group is enjoying working on
learning all jazz chords, scales, and fundamentals.
The combo group will perform in upcoming
jazz festivals in the area.

The FHS Jazz Ensemble meets on Monday
afternoons from 3:45 to 5:00pm. The students
give up their time to rehearse to prepare for
upcoming performances in our area, as well
as a performance on the Spring Concert and
the annual FHS Band Awards Banquet
