"Rookies" (new marchers) ... Read Below :)

Bring your lunch!
You are not allowed to leave
once you are at camp.
Don't forget your lunches!

Bring your Instruments!
Yes, It does sound crazy, but
I do get asked!!....
Bring a Water Bottle / Gatorade
We do provide plenty of water
breaks, but cups are not
very plentiful.....
If you plan to do HS Band, you
MUST be at rookie camp!
We (the leadership team and
staff) are going to try to teach
you a LOT of information (basics)
that you will need for the following 2 weeks.
YOU MUST BE THERE TO TAKE PART
IN THIS PROGRAM!

Save some Money for Fees, etc.
The band fee of $100.00 will be taken
up on the first week of regular camp
and not during rookie camp. . .


Accessory orders taken on week 2 also:
All rookie pants, shoes, shirts, etc. orders
will also be taken up during week 1 of regular
camp, and not during rookie camp
Always Check the Schedule
You are now in High School,
and it is your responsiblity to know
times and dates... this website is
your best source of information!
Everything is under the "marching
regiment" link for our class.. or HERE.
Contact Mr. Huckabee with any problems
If you have any problem, contact Mr. H as soon
as you can! Failure to do this may cause you to
be cut! Don't miss out on this great opportunity!
Communication is the best tool you can have!
Bring a Towel

We will be outside, and the
sun will be out....
Be ready to work and have FUN!!
HS Band is the highlight of most
of the former students' lives! It is work,
but very rewarding in the experience!
We look forward to having you with us!

All Percussion students start
on WEDNESDAYS before rookie camp!
If you plan to audition for drumline and/or be in the
front mallet and auxillary ensemble, we hire professional
percussionists to work with the students and
do all music and auditioning before camp starts.
If you miss this part of camp, you will miss the
auditions and already be close to 20 hours behind!

ALL LEADERSHIP, READ BELOW:
- Our trip to see the Drum Corps Championships show in Atlanta
is THIS SATURDAY!! ... :)...... Your ticket has been provided for this too!
We will go to the Georgia Dome and will be there for most of the
day. Bring money to eat on. We will go by bus! This is going to be a BLAST!

ATTENTION DRUMLINE,
FRONT ENSEMBLE, and
COLORGUARD
MEMBERS:

All Drumline, Front Ensemble,
and Colorguard members are
to be at camp 3 days before full
camp (July 28 - 30) from 8:30am
to 5:00pm in preparation for our
regular camp . Please bring your
lunch these 3 days.


Next Booster Club Meeting
August 13th
in the FHS Band room


Come at 5pm and listen to
the Parent Extravaganza!
Then at 6pm, we will have
a booster members only dinner
and a meeting about the season
