Jimmy Richter started by taking roll

Mr. Jessup then read through the basics of by-laws and methods of writing them

Articles I – III = No questions / comments
Articles IV – V = No questions / comments
Articles VI – XIII = No questions / comments

Mr. Huckabee mentioned a music day opportunity at Britthaven nursing home.
He would like TRI-M to work together to do something for this.

Hannah Edmonds made a motion to agree to terms of all the new By-laws for
our chapter.

Motion carries with 18 yeas, No opposed

Abigail Mentioned a next meeting of March 7 at 4pm

Mr. Jessup stated dues should be turned in next week as we begin to set up a TRI-M
account.
Abigail discussed having dues in by next meeting
Motion, seconded, unanimously passed

Mr. Huckabee made a motion to adjourn since all business is complete

Passes unanimously
