If you have questions about your account or a bill you have received from us please call 828-349-9541 during regular business hours, 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.
You can also log into our Dial-up customer account center 24 hours a day by clicking on the link below. Here you can check on how many hours you have used during the month, change your dial-up password and view your billing information.

Our billing system does anniversary billing. That is, if you signed up on the 10th of the month your next invoice will always be due on the 10th of the month. As long as you pay your invoice before your due date your service will continue un-interrupted. If you fail to pay your bill by your due date the system will automatically prevent you from logging on until your bill is paid.
Any account that is paid for a year in advance will automatically get one month free. Pay for 11 months, get 12!
